Rodman Celebration 2019 RECAP

The Rodman Celebration was a great night to enjoy Boston’s best holiday party of the season. Wildflower revelers loved the delicious food, silent auction and especially dancing to the World Premiere Band! All proceeds from the Celebration support kids in need during the holidays and throughout the year ahead — including Wildflower’s campers.

Cummings Foundation Awards $100K for 100 Grant to Wildflower

Cummings Foundation representative Mike Truesdale visited Wildflower’s Lexington office to announce that they received a Cummings Foundation $100K for 100 grant. Wildflower is one of 100 local nonprofits chosen from a total of 597 applicants during a review process.

The $100K for 100 program supports nonprofits that are based in and primarily serve Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk counties. Through this place-based initiative, Cummings Foundation aims to give back in the area where it owns commercial buildings, all of which are managed, at no cost to the Foundation, by its affiliate Cummings Properties.

Mike Truesdale awards “$100K for 100” grant to Wildflower founder Cyndi Jones.

A grant of this magnitude will be transformational for Wildflower. Founder Cyndi Jones said “this grant will be the catalyst for the expansion of our services, ensuring that more children in the Greater Boston area will be able to rediscover life after the loss of a parent through our unique program.”
